For a multinational company specialized in cannabis products, we are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Representative to manage and expand the presence in the Catalonia region (Spain).

The ideal candidate should have a commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach. Important: it is essential to already reside in the area. Immediate start.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand the client portfolio in the region.
Use the company’s CRM to track sales and manage customer relationships.
Plan and execute commercial strategies to strengthen brand presence.
Maintain a high level of organization and time management.
Present and promote products effectively.
Attend trade fairs, events, and business meetings as necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales (preferably a junior profile, but with at least some relevant experience).
Ability to use CRM tools and manage customer data.
Basic knowledge of English (necessary for communication with the team and international clients).
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Experience in the cannabis, agricultural, or agronomic sector is a plus.
