For a globally recognized company in the sector, we are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist in Cannabis Cultivation, with a strong agronomic background and proven experience. The ideal candidate combines advanced technical knowledge with strong commercial skills, engaging with clients at various levels, from Cultivation Directors to CEOs of industry-leading companies.

Full-time position, remote work with frequent travel to visit clients and leads.

Responsabilities:

  • Provide specialized technical consulting on cannabis cultivation to clients and companies.
  • Manage commercial relationships with producers, distributors, and key industry players.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track clients and sales.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop tailored commercial strategies.
  • Represent the company at events, trade fairs, and international meetings.
  • Travel frequently to visit clients and oversee projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field. Alternatively, proven hands-on experience in cannabis cultivation will be considered.
  • Deep knowledge of cultivation techniques, plant nutrition, substrates, and lighting.
  • Advanced English and at least one additional language (Spanish, French, German, or Italian).
  • Experience in sales or technical consulting within the agricultural/cannabis sector.
  • Ability to engage with clients at different levels, from technicians to executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital client management.
  • Availability for frequent travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Established network in the cannabis industry.
  • Previous experience in technical sales or business development.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions and technical consulting for client teams.
