For a leading company in the distribution of cannabis-related products, we are looking for a Community Manager with experience in managing digital communities and social media, preferably with brands in the cannabis sector.
The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and capable of building and engaging an active community, increasing brand interaction and visibility. They will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating content, and analyzing results.
Responsabilities:
Manage and grow communities on major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
Create and publish engaging content aligned with the brand strategy.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages, fostering audience interaction.
Analyze engagement data and propose strategies to improve performance.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop effective campaigns.
Identify industry trends and opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in community management and social media marketing.
Portfolio with publications and achieved results (engagement, community growth, conversions).
Experience with brands in the cannabis sector is a plus.
Excellent understanding of engagement dynamics and social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
Strong creative writing skills and ability to adapt to different communication tones.
Basic knowledge of advertising on Meta and LinkedIn ia plus.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, German) are a plus.
What they offer:
Remote work from anywhere in Europe.
Flexible hours: Results matter. Availability is required from Monday to Friday for a total of 7.5 hours per day, to be arranged freely between 08:00 and 20:00 CET.
€27,000 gross annual salary with a direct contract with the company.
