For an international company specializing in the production of fertilizers for the cannabic industry, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager who can bring concrete results and develop a strong network in the assigned geographic area. Travel will be essential, driving licence and car is a plus

Main responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote the company’s products in the cannabic industry.
Identify new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with customers.
Achieve and exceed established sales goals.
Monitor the market and trends to ensure competitive advantage.
Collaborate with internal departments to optimize service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Prior experience of at least 3 years in a Sales Manager role, preferably in the cannabic industry.

Knowledge of cannabis cultivation

Knowledge of the European market for both medicinal and recreational cannabis

Strong networking and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to achieve sales goals.

Excellent knowledge of assigned geographic area and potential leads.

Willingness to travel.

Living in Germany.

Good command of English and German.
