Announcement aimed at freelancers with proven experience and enthusiasts of the human resources sector. Demonstrated proactivity, the ability to manage one’s time independently and a goal-focused orientation are required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidacy stands out for:

  • University education in the economic or humanistic field, preferably Human Resources oriented,
  • Or for at least 1 year of previous experience as a recruiter or in a role related to recruitment and corporate human resources.
  • Empathetic and positive person;
  • Experience in using selection software, dedicated social networks and all major online job portals;
  • Good knowledge of the cannabis sector and its dynamics;
  • English C1-C2; (+ Spanish or Italian B2-C1)
  • The profile is completed by an entrepreneurial approach to work, motivation to work towards objectives, excellent communication skills and organizational skills.

Tasks:

  • Active search, scouting and screening of CVs from internal and external databases, head hunting activities, selection interviews, evaluation and presentation of short lists to clients;
  • Market analysis on the reference sector and generation of leads;
  • Development of reports on the activities carried out;
  • Organization and management of meetings with the main company interlocutors at customers (HR Director, CEO…);
  • Management of the customer portfolio loyalty process.

Work location: Remotely, Europe only.
