Italian company leader in the legal cannabis and CBD products sector is looking for a Marketing and Social Media Manager with experience.

Location: Rome (with possibility of remote work 2-3 days a week)

Job Description: As Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our CBD products and strengthen our brand on digital channels. You will oversee management of our social media profiles, content creation, and online advertising or industry magazine campaigns.

Responsabilities:

• Manage and curate company profiles on major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia materials.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of social media channels to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with graphic design and translation teams.
• Supervise online advertising campaigns, in industry magazines.
• Stay updated on marketing trends in the legal cannabis industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within the legal cannabis or CBD sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
• SEO knowledge and Google metrics.
• Creativity and strategic thinking skills.
• Leadership abilities.
