We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a similar role to join us as our Post Harvest Manager.

Our client is the first Medical Cannabis project in Jordan, a very ambitious and long-term project. The licensed farm is located a 50 minutes by car from Amman and consists of more than 15,000 square meters of cultivation area (indoor + greenhouse) and post-harvest facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GMP, or preferably EUGMP facilities, and should be capable of leading the certification process, establishing necessary teams for EUGMP procedures, and ensuring flawless execution. A creative approach to these tasks is highly valued. Additionally, expertise in trimming and extraction is expected.

The Post Harvest Manager, as part of his responsibilities, will oversee the trimming process, manage extractions, coordinate the packaging stage, and implement distribution protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in English (minimum C1)
• Proven experience with different extractions techniques
• Experience with post harvest cannabis processes
• Leadership
• Ability and experience to lead teams
• Familiarity with logistic regulations regarding cannabis products
• Knowledge of safety measures and the ability to implement them is required
• Familiarity with EU-GMP
