Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in B2B and B2C channels.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets and segments.
Build and maintain strong international relationships with key customers, distributors and industry partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision making.
Requisitos:
Strong proven track record of B2B and B2C sales of buds, crude oils, seeds, cosmetic products, CBD oils and products, edibles, etc. (minimum 3 years).
Knowledge of the market and product offerings.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English and fluency in French is an advantage.
Flexibility to travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
