By clicking on the number of job applications, you can view all received resumes and change the status of the application (e.g. “Resume Read”, “Rejected”, “Interviewed”, etc.). When you change the status, the candidate will automatically receive feedback.
Providing feedback strengthens the reputation of the company and allows candidates to better understand the selection process.
