- Job offers and applications
One of the fundamental requirements when publishing a job offer is truthfulness.
Only companies of the sector correctly registered as such are authorized to publish a job / internship offer.
All data entered must be real and in compliance with the laws in force in the European territory.
Users can report offers that do not correspond to reality via email to: admin@cannabisjobs.it
The published offers must respect the quality of the service offered by CannabisJobs.
The information contained in the offers must be clear and concise. We recommend that you always use a professional and inclusive tone.

The courses posted on CannabisJobs must be clear and inform the user when they are paid prior to their registration.
The user (or company) who contravenes the provisions assumes sole responsibility for all damages, exempting CannabisJobs® from any liability.
Offers published that violate these conditions will be removed from the website as soon as possible.
CannabisJobs® reserves the right to:
- decide at any time the actions to be taken in the event of announcements that infringe these rules or the principles on which it is based;
- modify / update the rules at any time, even without prior notice;
- modify the announcements for editorial reasons and / or to make the content of the announcement more understandable.
Users defined as “candidate” who publish their curriculum vitae on the CannabisJobs.it platform authorize the processing of personal data present in the CV pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 “Code regarding the protection of personal data” and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Users will be solely responsible for the information provided, thus exonerating CannabisJobs from any liability.
The resumes published on CannabisJobs are visible only to companies registered on the website and to site administrators.
You can change or delete your resumes at any time in the candidate’s private area using your username and password.

- On-line Courses
All our courses have the sole purpose of sharing knowledge and scientific information.
We do not induce the consumption or illicit use of cannabis or derivatives.
Our courses are exclusive to an audience +18.
After purchasing a live course (webinar) you will receive the code to access the meeting within 48-72 hours of purchase. If you don’t receive an email within 72 hours, please contact us.
If you purchase a registered course, after purchase you will be able to access the online course directly or do it later by the expiration date which is (depending on the course) 3-6 months from purchase.
- Refund Policy
If you buy an online course by mistake, you have 48 hours to inform us by writing to: info@cannabisjobs.it.
After review of the specific case, you will be refunded. Remember that to get a refund you must never start the course, but inform us directly of the error.
If the course is a webinar (live online course) with a set date within 48 hours after your purchase, you will not be able to be refunded, but you will be offered a credit of the same amount to be used on our website with an unlimited expiry.
If you have purchased access to a webinar (live online course) and you cannot be present on the scheduled day, you will be reimbursed only for justifiable serious reasons (for example: illness, hospitalization, and other objectively comparable cases).
If you are entitled to the refund, you will be provided with a voucher to be used for the next courses with an unlimited expiry date.
