We are seeking a Budtender / Sales / Customer Service Rep to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Assist customer with joining our loyalty program and explain it’s benefits
Stocking products and running go-backs
Other duties as assigned

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other sales / hospitality fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to be punctual and display good time management
Attention to detail
Accurate cash handling skills
Must be able to work on a team Southern California
