As an Affiliate Manager for Premium Cultivars, you will be responsible for managing and growing our affiliate program. Your primary goal will be to identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners who align with our brand values and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit new affiliates and strategic partners that align with our brand and products.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and performance.
Develop and execute strategies to increase the quality and yield of the affiliate channel.
Regularly monitor and report on affiliate performance and KPIs, providing insights and suggestions for improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our brand and products are optimally represented across affiliate channels.
Develop and oversee affiliate promotions, incentives, and commission structures.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnerships management.
Proven track record in managing and scaling affiliate programs.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret affiliate performance data.
Familiarity with affiliate software and marketing platforms.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
