Description:

Our client is the first Medical Cannabis project in Jordan. The licensed farm is located a few kilometers from Amman and consists of more than 15,000 square meters of cultivation area (indoor + greenhouse) and post-harvest facilities.

We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager with a strong knowledge of the international cannabis industry, encompassing both agricultural and sales aspects.

The role of a Project Manager involves efficiently coordinating and managing all phases of a project, ensuring the achievement of objectives within the specified time and budget.

The ideal candidate has, in addition to experience in a similar leadership role, strong organizational skills and is accustomed to working towards goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Project Manager or similar role in the cannabis industry
• Understanding of cultivation, manufacturing, post harvest processes and distribution within the cannabis supply chain
• Familiarity with project management tools, softwares and methodologies
• English Level: minimum C1
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful project outcomes
• Knowledge of EU cannabis medical regulations
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry standards
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Is a plus:

• Proficiency in German
• Sales experience
