We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in B2B sales within the medical and cannabis industries.

Our client is committed to delivering high-quality products and fostering exceptional international networking, particularly within the medical cannabis industry in Europe. With a steadfast focus on innovation and market expansion, they are positioned for significant growth in the years ahead.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and segments.
  • Build and maintain strong international relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Strong proven record of B2B and B2C sales in buds, crude oils, seeds, cosmetic products, CBD oils and products, edibles etc. (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong understanding of the medical and recreational cannabis market and product offerings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
