We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a high level of professionalism and responsibility to fulfill the role of Head Grower.

Our client is the first Medical Cannabis project in Jordan. The licensed farm is located a 50 minutes by car from Amman and consists of more than 15,000 square meters of cultivation area (indoor + greenhouse) and post-harvest facilities.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial-scale production, from seeds or clones to flowers, in a GACP environment. He or she must demonstrate proficiency in maintaining consistent production cycles and collaborating with the team and management to select appropriate genetics.

Additionally, expertise in integrated pest control and management is required, with knowledge of harvest and trimming techniques being a plus.

Candidates with creativity in the growing process and experience in research and development for material selection and crossbreeding are preferred.

Immediate on-site relocation is expected, and the position offers a full-term contract with no external consultants or freelancers accepted.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing industrial-scale cannabis production
• Proficiency in English (minimum C1)
• Familiarity with EU-GMP and GACP
• Experience with different cultivation systems
• Multi‐tasking
• Proactive attitude
• Fosters positive teamwork and leadership
• Proficient in calculating proportions, percentages, and volumes for fertilizer and chemical application.
• Knowledge of safety measures and the ability to implement them is required
