We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in a similar role to fill the position of Project Manager.

Our client is the first Medical Cannabis project in Jordan. The licensed farm is located a 50 minutes by car from Amman and consists of more than 15,000 square meters of cultivation area (indoor + greenhouse) and post-harvest facilities.

The ideal candidate, a project leader, should possess extensive experience in both cultivation and post-harvest operations, including extractions. He or she should demonstrate a proven track record in GACP and GMP compliance, preferably in EUGMP environments, alongside a strong sales background in the EU market.

We expect the individual to be able to relocate onsite shortly. The contract is full-term, and we do not accept external consultants or freelancers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Project Manager or similar role in the cannabis industry
• Understanding of cultivation, manufacturing, post harvest processes and distribution within the cannabis supply chain
• Familiarity with project management tools, softwares and methodologies
• English Level: minimum C1
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful project outcomes
• Knowledge of EU cannabis medical regulations
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and GACP.
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Is a plus:

• Proficiency in German
• Sales experience
